Cancellation Policy

Payment: Full Payment is to be made at the point of shipping or drop off for any of the service request. We do our due diligence and our payment links are 100% secured. We get a payment notification then send you a mailing address for shipping or physical meetup address for drop off. Wigging: We only go by Customer’s measurements when getting a wigging or re-wigging service. Please ensure you know if you wear Large, Medium or Small Size. Shipment & Pickup:Please ensure to send us a tracking number to enable us track your wig once it is sent out (Full Name, Address & Phone Number). Due to busy schedules of the client, if sending someone to pickup their completed Unit, Client MUST send us the details of the Picker (Name & Number). Picker must show a means of Identification upon pickup. Processing TAT: We implore that you allow us do our job by following the turn around time for each of the services we offer. Business Days excludes Saturdays & Sunday. All of our services are carried out on a first come, first serve base. A request for “RUSH WORK” comes with extra fee that will be communicated to the client Completion Of Service Request: We will reach out to the client as soon as a service request is complete and ready to ship or for pickup. Client has 10 days to pickup their Unit. After 10 Days, We WILL NOT be liable for any unit that doesn’t get picked up. Pictures & Videos: We take before and after pictures/videos of wigs for couple of reason and not limited to proof at initial state of receipt and to show the transformation when we are done with styling the Wigs. This would be for showing across our social media platform. We will NEVER tag or show client’s information when we share pictures and videos of their wigs. Clients are required to ensure they try on their newly made wig upon receipt. Adjustments and fixtures will only be accommodated if client reaches out within 72hrs after pickup.
